- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the application (stored locally only)

- We do NOT collect or store your personal information on any server
- We do NOT track your browsing activity outside this application
- We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
- We do NOT store your uploaded files or playlist data on any server
How We Use Your Information
YouTube API Services
We use the YouTube Data API v3 to:
- Search for videos based on song titles you provide
- Create playlists on your YouTube account (with your explicit authorization)
- Add videos to your playlists
Local Processing Only
All data processing happens entirely within your web browser:
- File parsing (Excel, CSV, text files)
- YouTube search results
- Playlist creation and management
- API credential storage
Client-Side Application: This is a client-side web application.
All your data stays on your device. We do not have access to your API keys,
OAuth tokens, or any data you process through this application.
Data Storage and Security
Local Storage
The following data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage:
- YouTube Data API v3 key
- OAuth 2.0 Client ID
- OAuth access tokens
- Theme preference (light/dark mode)
Security Measures
- HTTPS: All connections to YouTube APIs are encrypted via HTTPS
- OAuth 2.0: Industry-standard authentication protocol for YouTube access
- No Server Storage: We do not store any of your data on our servers

Your Responsibility
- Keep your API credentials secure and do not share them
- Clear your browser's local storage to remove all stored credentials
- Use the "Sign Out" and "Clear All" buttons in Settings to remove stored data

This application uses YouTube API Services. Your use of YouTube API Services is subject to:
Google OAuth
When you sign in with Google, we use OAuth 2.0 to access your YouTube account.
Google's privacy policy governs their collection and use of your data during the authentication process.
Your Rights and Choices
Access and Control
- View Data: All your data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage
- Delete Data: Use the "Clear All" button in Settings or clear your browser's local storage
- Revoke Access: Sign out of your YouTube account and revoke access via your Google Account settings
- Export Data: Use the "Export" features to download your playlist data
Revoking YouTube Access
You can revoke this application's access to your YouTube account at any time:
- Go to your Google Account Permissions
- Find "Stacked Playlist Maker" in the list
- Click "Remove Access"
Data Retention
We do not retain any of your data. All data is stored locally on your device
and is automatically deleted when you:
- Clear your browser's cache and local storage
- Use the "Clear All" button in the Settings page
- Uninstall or stop using your web browser
Children's Privacy
This application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used this application,
please contact us immediately.
